If you are interested in holding a Group Order, please take note of the following information. If you decide to organize one, please do email or DM us so we can share about it on our social media!

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE GROUP ORDER MANAGER (GOM)

Collect the following information of everyone placing an order:- customer name
- email address
- items to order
- price/s of item/s
Download or make a copy of this google sheet; fill it with the information mentioned + personal shipping details.Email the filled sheet to: [email protected] by April 16th (date that pre-orders close).
ORDER PROCESSING
After PREORDERS END - We will send an invoice for the combined orders to collect payment. The estimated delivery fee will also be communicated.During SHIPPING PERIOD - An invoice for the confirmed delivery fee will be sent to the GOM.The group's package tracking number will be provided once the group order has been shipped out.
ADDITIONALLY
If possible, we ask that GOM update us on their group order items a week before preorders close so we have an idea of what to expect — this is not mandatory, but it does give us an idea of how far we're into our stretch goals.

Do we get tracking numbers?
— Yes, all packages will have tracking numbers.

Where will you be shipping from?
— Both mods are based in the Philippines.

Will you ship to the EU and the UK?
— Yes, the courier we use has made it possible to send items to the EU and UK.

Can you mark my package as a gift
— We will not be marking any orders as a gift even if requested as this is illegal. Everything is marked as e-commerce.

Are group orders cheaper?
— Yes, the store has been set so that the shipping fees for each bundle are cheaper when ordering more than one. If your order exceeds 4 bundles that include a physical copy of the zine, you can email us following the instructions in the group order section so we could calculate and adjust your shipping fees.

I want to organize a group order; how do I go about it?
If you are organizing a group order, please refer to: Group Order Info Section

An estimate of the total shipping will be given after the order is placed, but invoice for payment for the shipping of GOs will be sent after pre-orders have closed, but before the package itself is sent out.

Do I get a refund if my package doesn't arrive?
— See section IV. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES in our terms and conditions.

Can I cancel my order?
— If you cancel your order before pre-orders close you will be given a full refund. If you cancel your order after production has already begun, you are eligible only for a partial refund. This is a small fan project that does not have the funding or reach big businesses do.
Once packages have been sent out, you can no longer cancel your order.

terms & conditions

I. SHIPPING DETAILS
We will be using the MyKartero courier service for INTERNATIONAL orders.

All shipping rates are based on the updated rates for international Premium-1 shipping for MyKartero, then converted and rounded up to accommodate any price or weight discrepancies.  All tracking can be monitored via 17track or DirectLink.

Shipping ETA may vary from seven (7) to fifteen (15) business days from release from Customs of the destination country. Arrival at destination country may take anywhere between two to twelve weeks, depending.

Philippine orders will be sent either through MyKartero or Ninjavan depending on location of he reciever. Shipping ETA can vary from three (3) to fifteen (15) business days from scheduling of shipment.

All shipping durations given are estimated and are subject to change depending on the shipping service. We will not be liable for any and all delays in shipping after the item has been posted and the tracking number has been submitted.

II. PACKAGING DETAILS
All merchandise will be checked before packaging for any damage or misprint.

Orders will be packaged in secure biodegradable mailers in order to be environmentally conscious. These mailers are waterproof and durable, and may be composted or otherwise disposed of upon opening.

Each package will come with an address label, and will be clearly marked as books for customs.

III. LIABILITIES

We will not be liable for:

Any damages incurred during shipping by the courier and/or local postal services;
Damages or loss due to force majeure and/or other uncontrolled/unforeseen external forces (e.g. acts of nature);
Any and all individual fees as imposed by the Customs and/or local postal service of the customer; and,
Incorrect shipping information as given by the customer

IV. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We will only issue returns or exchanges of item, or refund of purchase, under the following circumstances:

If the order arrives incomplete due to negligence in packing, then we will ship the remaining items and be responsible for all production and shipping costs.
If the order arrives damaged due to negligence in packing, then we will issue either a full refund or full replacement of order. We will be responsible for all production and shipping costs.
If the order fails to arrive at the intended destination due to posting error on our part (e.g. failure on our part to provide full or correct information), then we will issue either a full refund cost or a full replacement of order. We will be responsible for all production and shipping costs.

We will not issue a return or exchange of item, or refund of purchase, under the following circumstances and all others:

If the order arrives damaged due to shipping and handling by either the courier or the subsequent local postal service. We will offer a secondary purchase of the order at a discount, but at the customer’s discretion and applicable only for one-time use.
If the order fails to arrive at the intended destination due to an error on the part of the customer, the courier, or the subsequent local Customs and/or postal service (e.g. incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses; loss or misplacement on part of postal service; etc). We will offer a secondary purchase of the order at a discount, but at the customer’s discretion and applicable only for one-time use.
Refunds of order cost may be given, but at our discretion.
Shipments of replacement copies may be allowed, but with additional shipping charge for the replacement package.

All requests for return, exchange, or refund must be accompanied by proof of purchase (screencap of both the order from the store and the proof of payment via PayPal), proof of incomplete or damaged orders (clear photo of order accompanied by packaging and shipping label), and full statement regarding the damage or missing items.

For orders that fail to arrive at their destination and are returned to us, we will be responsible for contacting the customer once they have received the returned package. We will then re-ship the item to the customer.

For orders that fail to arrive at their destination and are not returned to us, we ask that customers contact us with information of their order, including proof of purchase (as listed above). We will then check all relevant item trackers and inform the customer of the subsequent appropriate action.

We retain the right to accept or deny requests for return, exchange, or refund at our discretion.

By accessing the PDF copy, you agree that you will not distribute this file to any outside sources or third parties, in any form, partial or otherwise. You may also not reprint the zine, whether partial or in its entirety, using this file. No reposting of the zine’s contents is allowed to any platforms (exceptions: photos taken as proof of arrival of purchase, etc.). All content rights are retained by the zine’s moderating team and the respective content creators within the context of transformative fanwork.

Accessing and downloading your copy of the digital zine means you agree to all the terms and conditions outlined. The moderating team and the zine content creators reserve the right to pursue appropriate action should any of the terms and conditions be violated.
